So today marks the first money put down towards the wedding (apart from my fabulous engagement ring that is).
The Bear was feeling particularly tired after a wonderful breakfast of waffles (thanks to my Christmas gifted waffle maker) and lay down to hibernate. Now I don't know if you know this about bears- but they are particularly difficult to awaken- especially when they are snoozing with the Baby. After being a human alarm clock for about 30 minutes- the Bear finally made an appearance. But thanks to his fabulous navigation skills- we still arrived early for our appointment at the venue! Yay Bear!
Basically- the venue is awesome!! It exceeds my expectations of what the inside looks like. We even get a fireplace! AND a fire pit outside!
And can you say premium open bar?
Plus we left with a voucher for a tasting and a jar of the chef's pasta sauce. I can't wait to taste the food!!
